My granddaughter, who is seven, asked me to painting Michael Jackson. She just recently learned about who he was through videos and things we’ve told her and loves him, of course! So, I dug around and found this painting I did back on 2016. I painted it June 25, 2016, which was the 7th anniversary of his passing, which happens to be George Michael’s birthday. This painting was done exactly 6 months before GM passed away on December 25, 2016. Ironic and thought-provoking.
